Be the friendly voice of Jareen. Answer customers in the help desk, sort out order and delivery questions, and help with returns.
What you’ll do
Reply to support tickets and emails
Help customers track orders and solve problems
Pass on feedback so the store keeps getting better
What we look for
Clear written English (Urdu or other languages are a plus)
Patient, polite and reliable
A laptop or phone and a stable internet connection
Make short videos, photos and reviews of Jareen products for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and more, from gaming setups and accessories to skincare routines and room makeovers.
What you’ll do
Unboxings, reviews, setups and short-form videos
Honest content that shows the products in real use
Posting on your own channels, tagged with Jareen
What we look for
An active account with your own content
Good lighting, sound and editing
A niche you know well: gaming, tech, beauty and skincare, fashion or home decor
