Jareen Store ships to customers worldwide. Here is what to expect after you order.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

The exact shipping charge is always shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay. All prices are in US dollars.

Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1–3 business days after payment (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed during sales or holidays may take a little longer.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on your country and customs.

Your estimated delivery date appears on your order in My account → Orders once your order is dispatched. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also see it, and your order status, in My account → Orders.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are set by your country’s customs and are paid by the customer on delivery. We can’t control or predict these charges. If you refuse a parcel because of them, the original shipping cost and the return cost are not refundable.

Address and failed delivery

• Please check your shipping address and phone number in My account before you pay. We can change the address only before the order ships. Open a support ticket quickly if you need to.
• If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address or missed collection, we can send it again for a new shipping charge, or refund the item price.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

• If your order hasn’t arrived 10 days after its estimated delivery date, open a support ticket and we’ll investigate with the courier.
• If a parcel is confirmed lost, we send a replacement or give a full refund.
• If it arrives damaged, see our Return & Refund Policy.

Where we ship

We ship to most countries. If we can’t deliver to your address, we’ll tell you and refund you in full.
