These terms apply when you visit jareen.store or buy from Jareen Store (“Jareen”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

1. Who we are

Jareen Store is an online store based in Pakistan that sells gaming gear, accessories, skincare, phone cases and decorations to customers worldwide. You can reach us at support@jareen.store or by opening a support ticket.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18, or use the site with a parent or guardian’s permission.
• Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Give accurate details, especially your shipping address and phone number. We aren’t responsible for orders delayed or lost because of a wrong address.
• We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or breaking these terms.

3. Products and prices

• All prices are in US dollars (USD) and you are charged in USD. Your bank may convert this to your own currency and may charge its own fee.
• We try to show products, photos and specifications accurately, but small differences in colour or packaging can happen.
• Stock is limited. An item is only reserved for you once you start checkout, and only sold to you once payment succeeds.
• If a price or listing is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders and payment

• Payments are processed by our payment providers (Safepay). We never see or store your full card number.
• Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds. You get an order number on screen and by email.
• We may cancel an order if payment fails, the item is out of stock, or we suspect fraud. If you were charged, you get a full refund.
• Discount codes have their own conditions, can’t be exchanged for cash and can’t be combined unless we say so.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Return & Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.

6. Using the site

Don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break in, overload it, scrape it, post abusive or illegal content in reviews or tickets, or place fake orders. Product reviews must be honest and about the product.

7. Intellectual property

The Jareen name, logo, site design, text and photos belong to Jareen Store or are used with permission. Product brand names belong to their owners. You may not copy or reuse our content without written permission.

8. Warranties and liability

• Products come with any manufacturer warranty stated on the product page. Your rights under the consumer laws that apply to you are not affected.
• To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren’t liable for indirect losses.
• We aren’t responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as courier delays, customs, strikes or natural disasters.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Orders are covered by the terms in place when you placed them.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. We always try to sort out problems directly first, so please contact us before taking any other step.
