This policy explains what personal information Jareen Store collects when you use jareen.store, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and password (stored only in scrambled, hashed form). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and Google account ID.
- Shipping details: phone number and delivery address.
- Orders: what you bought, prices, discount codes, payment status and delivery status.
- Payments: handled entirely by our payment provider, Safepay, on its own secure page. We receive a payment reference and the payment method only. We never see or store your full card number or security code.
- Support and reviews: the messages you send in support tickets and any product reviews you post.
- Newsletter: your email address if you subscribe.
- Site usage: anonymous page-view statistics (pages visited, referring site, device type). This uses no cookies and no personal data, and it respects Do Not Track.
Why we use it
- To create and run your account.
- To process payments, ship orders and send order, shipping and refund emails.
- To answer support tickets and handle returns.
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
- To send offers by email, only if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the store.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information. We share only what is needed with:
- our payment provider (Safepay), to take payment and prevent fraud;
- couriers and postal services, to deliver your order (name, address, phone);
- our email provider, to send you order and support emails;
- Google, if you choose to sign in with Google;
- authorities, when the law requires it.
Cookies and browser storage
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. Your cart is saved in your own browser. We don’t use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Safepay may set its own cookies on its payment page to protect payments.
How long we keep it
We keep account details while your account is open. We keep order records for as long as tax, accounting and legal rules require. Support tickets are kept so we can help with later questions about the same order.
Your choices and rights
- You can view and update your details and newsletter choice in My account.
- You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@jareen.store. Some order records may have to be kept for legal reasons.
Security
The site uses HTTPS, passwords are hashed, and card details go straight to the payment provider. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep it private.
Children
The store is not meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
