Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, here is how returns and refunds work.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

• Tell us within 7 days of delivery by opening a support ticket (topic “Return or refund”). Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
• We’ll offer a replacement or a full refund, including the original shipping cost.
• If we need the item back, we cover the return shipping.

Changed your mind

• You can return most items within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all parts and accessories.
• Return shipping is paid by you, and the original shipping cost is not refunded.
• Please open a support ticket before sending anything back. We’ll reply with the return address and instructions. Parcels sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Items we can’t take back

• Skincare and beauty products, in-ear audio products and other hygiene items once their seal is opened or they’ve been used, unless faulty.
• Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing parts.
• Digital items (such as codes or downloads) once they have been delivered, unless they don’t work.
• Gift cards.

How refunds are paid

• Once we receive and check a returned item, we refund you to your original payment method in US dollars. We email you when it’s done.
• Your bank or card issuer usually shows the refund within 5–10 business days.
• We may refund part of the price if a returned item comes back used or incomplete.
• We don’t give refunds as cash or to a different card or account.

Exchanges

Want a different item or colour? Return the original under this policy and place a new order, or ask in your ticket and we’ll help.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel for a full refund until your order has shipped. Open a support ticket as soon as possible. Once it has shipped, the return rules above apply.
